You will serve as the primary technical owner for silicon evaluation, driving end-to-end validation from first silicon bring-up through characterization, while also mentoring junior engineers and elevating team capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Independently own first silicon bring-up, debug, and issue resolution at block and system level * Define, plan, and execute comprehensive validation and characterization strategies * Ensure silicon meets performance, power, and reliability targets * Drive automation initiatives and influence product development through evaluation insights * Collaborate closely with embedded software teams to debug and validate system-level interactions * Actively coach junior engineers on debug strategy, system thinking and validation methodology. * Work closely with design, applications, and product teams to resolve silicon issues * Own resolution of silicon issues impacting product readiness and customer quality. **Mi
