What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in forecasting, optimization, supply chain analytics, or AI-driven products, Solid hands-on skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, GraphQL, and vector databases, Experience working with SLMs (Mistral, Phi, Nemotron, Llama variants), Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
Nice to Have
reinforcement learning, MARL, graph neural networks, probabilistic modeling, Knowledge Graphs and graph-based data modeling, designing and querying Neo4j graphs, FAISS-based vector indexes (IVF, HNSW, PQ)
