What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science or other quantitative disciplines, Minimum 3 years of hands-on or experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or simulation in a manufacturing or operations context
Nice to Have
Knowledge and experience in optimization (LP, MIP, meta-heuristics) and tools like CPLEX/Gurobi, Knowledge and experience in discrete event simulation and reinforcement learning, Direct experience with factory scheduling
