Understanding that data — and turning it into improvements across the delivery operation — is the focus of this role. As Staff Data Scientist for Geospatial, you will own the location and movement datasets that underpin Relay's delivery operation, defining how they are built, measured, and evolved. You will use signals from across the network to build models that make the operation faster and more reliable. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operational Research and Data Scientists to integrate your data solutions across the Relay network. What You'll Do - Define how we measure the quality of our geospatial data: identifying gaps, quantifying their impact on the operation, and prioritising improvements. - Continuously evolve our location
