What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in an analytics, data science or business intelligence role, knowledge of SQL and Python for analysis, Ability to understand user behavior and meaning behind the numbers, track record in sharing insights to business stakeholders, Prior exposure to digital and performance marketing or SEO, especially data-driven platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e. g. Looker, Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks), Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
track record in solving marketing and growth challenges and influencing decisions/driving business results, Experience in understanding and modelling marketing journeys, Experience with big data tools (e. g. Spark, Hive) is a plus

We work on a variety of problems and datasets as members of cross-functional mission teams. We take ownership of the entire analytics funnel, from exploration through recommendations to impact measurement, and take pride in the insights we generate. This specific position is within our Marketing Analytics team whose objective is to help our marketing scale our investments towards the most incremental and loyal customers. This is a very strategic position within the team as the Analyst will look at solving cross-channel problems in order to accelerate our growth. This means for example addressing the best strategy to grow our display and mid-funnel spend and understanding the behaviour of our repeat audiences.
