What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or its equivalent) plus 6 years of experience, 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical function supporting business operations or product organizations, Advanced SQL experience, including building complex queries and transforming large datasets for analytical and reporting use cases, Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms, Experience conducting root cause analysis, defining performance metrics, and delivering data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

Knowledge of consumer lending, servicing operations, collections, or other financial services domains, Experience supporting product experiments, operational experimentation, or A/B testing initiatives, Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and independently prioritize analytical opportunities with measurable impact, Skilled in communicating analytical insights and business trends to senior leadership audiences, Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation techniques to improve reporting workflows, analysis, or operational efficiency
