What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Juris Doctor (J. D. ) from an accredited law school with academic credentials, Active admission to a state bar with eligibility to practice in-house in the State of Texas, Five (5+) years law practice in a firm, governmental agency, or in-house, Ability to learn and understand the business and operational functions of the Company in order to analyze and advise on litigation risk and assist in the management of litigation, Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents effectively
What You'll Do.
Support disputes and litigation matters
Partner with outside coordinate strategy
Assist with discovery and deposition preparation
Evaluate and recommend options for dispute resolution
and negotiate company agreements
Provide legal guidance to departments
Assist in managing outside counsel relationships
Complete special projects
