What You'll Do.
Develop independent government cost estimates
Provide technical analysis
Cost/price analysis of cost proposals
Develop IGCEs and Technical Evaluations
Apply labor resources
Develop activities within estimate
Develop and apply overheads
Lead estimate development efforts
Function as lead estimator
Interface directly with senior management
Read and digest estimate scoping documents
Evaluate proposed direct and indirect cost elements
and report on large datasets
Develop data-driven solutions
Operate in a dynamic environment
Evaluate and monitor project schedule
Review and analyze EVMS data
or other documentation
Perform risk evaluation(s) and analysis
Support development and review of risk documentation
Track and report monthly risk changes
Calculate and analyze monthly EAC values
