Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. **_REPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS_** * Preparing tenders and commercial bids to help bring in on behalf of Micron * Developing and presenting project proposals * Meeting with clients to find out their requirements * Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales * Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts * Agreeing budgets and timescales with the suppliers * Managing construction schedules and budgets * Dealing with any unexpected costs * Attending site meetings to monitor progress * Acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers * Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities * Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards * Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives * Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project * Draft, evaluate, negotiate and complete contracts * Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters * Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation * Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally * Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate * Communicate contract-related information to all interested parties **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering * PMP certification or equivalent, pref
