What They're Looking For.

Must Have

requirements analysis, requirement elicitation, agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype, functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes, experience working with Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting, perform change impact analysis, support release/change management activities, understand Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level, familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding), Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding, creating BRDs, FSDs, coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing, use case/ story preparation, process flow diagram, relationship diagrams such as flow charts, methodology etc., high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment, communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs, Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery, understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios
