What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience as System Analyst / Business Systems Analyst, End to end project experience from requirements through testing and deployment, At least 2 implementations, Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle, Clear written and verbal ability to translate technical progress into concise status updates, Documentation skills and attention to able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts, Comfortable working with Excel and MS Visio, Able to do stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams, Problem-solving mindset with ability to surface options and impacts, Ready to relocate to Philippines for long term
Nice to Have
Experience in downstream/accounting/reporting domains (GL interfaces, reconciliation, regulatory reporting)
What You'll Do.
Gather and define functional requirements for downstream systems
Identify gaps/ambiguities in requirements and drive closure
Define end-to-end flows for key deposit events
Ensure downstream impacts are covered
Produce/maintain functional specs and interface-related artifacts
Support SIT/UAT execution
Coordinate defect triage and retest
Define and validate reconciliation controls
Support sign-off packs/evidence
Coordinate cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities
and dependency tracking
Provide regular status updates to Integration governance
