This role is responsible for daily operations and strategic projects to achieve and overcome challenges. **Role and Responsibilities** **Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:** * Technical representative for their manufacturing module unit part. Provides technical direction, serves as a point of contact or business liaison, prepares briefings for senior management and assists in problem resolution specific to their unit part. * Supervise / leads / mentors 5-12 engineers or individual technical contributors. * Maintain awareness of manufacturing module unit part’s key production indicators and responsible to ensure unit part is meeting or exceeding targets. * Manages priorities for the unit part relevant projects to current business situation and can adjust these priorities without explicit direction. * Lead multi-department teams to solve complex problems. * Develop innovative solutions and implement effectively to meet the strategic goals for the factory. * Effectively influence and communicate unit part challenges to ensure unit part gets proper fiscal, technical, and operational support. **Skills and Qualifications** **Here 's what you'll need:** * B.S. in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, material science engineering, chemistry, or physics. * Minimum of three years of experience in semi-conductor fabrication process engineering. _The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090.
