What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 10 + years of experience in network engineering, with significant hands-on experience in cloud networking, Deep expertise in AWS networking, including hybrid and multi‑account network architectures, Practical experience designing and operating Azure network infrastructure, Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices, Expert understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS, Experience with network and application-layer firewalls, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting, Hands-on experience with enterprise VPN solutions, such as F5, Ivanti (Pulse Secure), Cisco, or Palo Alto, Solid knowledge of cloud security principles and experience implementing security policies in cloud environments, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Experience supporting multi‑region, multi‑cloud, or large‑scale SaaS environments, Experience working closely with SRE or platform engineering teams

This is a senior, hands-on technical role that combines deep cloud networking expertise with architectural leadership, infrastructure-as-code discipline, and close collaboration with platform, security, and application teams.
