Must Have
7–9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, Expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Deep experience with CI/CD tools, Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or Pulumi/CloudFormation, Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go, Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, Experience with observability and monitoring platforms, Familiarity with configuration management tools, Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives, Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, Experience with Git workflows, Knowledge of service mesh technologies, Exposure to FinOps practices, Experience with database administration and managed data services, Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or data platform engineering
Nice to Have
AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer certification, CKA/CKAD certification, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification, HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification, Background in regulated or high-compliance environments
