Must Have
Master's degree with 10 years of relevant IT OR Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant IT OR Associate's degree with 14 years of relevant IT OR High School Diploma/GED with 16 years of relevant IT experience, Minimum of 3 years of people management/leadership or project/program management experience, Experience with all aspects of IT project management, including cost, risks, and schedule management, Familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or experience as a liaison interfacing with large enterprise organizations, Current US Government Top Secret level security clearance with SCI access eligibility
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Information Technology, Security+ CE certification, 12 years of Information Technology experience, 4 years as IT Program or Project Manager in a classified environment, Familiarity with Northrop Grumman space business, Familiarity with space government customers, Familiarity with space program disciplines, Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting systems that automate business, quality and program management processes, Demonstrated experience in forecasting and executing the management of a large tools portfolio, Active SCI clearance
