10+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams, 10+ years of experience in developing and operating backend services and web applications, Experience building complex, high-performance, and highly available distributed software systems, familiarity developing with Java and Spring Framework, experience in an AWS environment, Extensive experience in managing mission critical services with high throughput and low latency, Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of total experience, Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams, Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
Nice to Have
Solid engineering skills as a lead engineer to coach and lead high performing software engineers, Excellent communication skills to shepherd communication with end users, technical & business teams, Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices & patterns for the full software development lifecycle, Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, highly collaborative environment
