Must Have
Law degree, Active legal license in the Philippines, Solid experience in U.S. employment and labor law, Familiarity with wage-and-hour litigation, Familiarity with employee classification, Familiarity with regulatory employment standards, Written and verbal English communication skills, Experience supporting HR teams, Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Capable of managing multiple priorities independently, Comfortable working night shift hours

What You'll Do.
Provide end-to-end legal support
Guide stakeholders through workforce issues
Advise on U.S. federal and multi-state employment law
Advise on labor law compliance
Advise on wage-and-hour laws
Advise on leave regulations
Advise on worker classification standards
Draft employment-related agreements
Review employment-related agreements
Maintain employment-related agreements
Draft employment policies
Review employment policies

Partner with HR on employee relations matters
