Law degree, Active legal license in the Philippines, Solid experience in U.S. employment and labor law, Familiarity with wage-and-hour litigation, Familiarity with employee classification, Familiarity with regulatory employment standards, Written and verbal English communication skills, Experience supporting HR teams, Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Capable of managing multiple priorities independently, Comfortable working night shift hours
