This role blends hands‑on solution design with strategic influence—you’ll partner closely with engineers and leaders, lead high‑impact AI initiatives, and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working with AI and automation. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and drive high‑value AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows * Design, prototype, and scale AI‑powered and agent‑based solutions from concept through deployment * Lead and contribute to cross‑functional AI initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability * Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt human‑in‑the‑loop workflows * Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for AI investments **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field * 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM, NAND) * Experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions in production environments and a genuine interest and ability to teach, mentor, and grow AI capability across team * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, an
