Must Have
BS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, 6+ years of professional experience delivering applied AI/ML solutions in production, Python proficiency, Deep experience with ML frameworks, Demonstrated experience establishing KPI frameworks, experimentation, and causal analysis, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Written and verbal communication ability
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, Experience with recommendation system, Experience with survival modeling, Experience with GenAI and LLMs, Research experience in computer science, statistics, machine learning, operations research, Record of patents, publications, or impactful open-source contributions, Familiarity with insurance operations, Familiarity with model governance in regulated environments
