What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of professional software development experience, with experience building and operating systems end-to-end, Expertise building customer-facing experiences at product scale with TypeScript, React, and native mobile development (iOS/Android, React Native), Expertise in one or more modern backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python, with a record of delivering production-quality code, Use AI tools in your own software development workflow to reimagine software delivery. From leveraging agents that act as force-multipliers that help you scale, to drafting and iterating on technical specs, prototyping or validating concepts using the Claude Code., Demonstrated experience designing and building distributed, large-scale domains with architecture segmentation that enables the next level of product scale, Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including familiarity with managed services
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, payments, or other regulated industries where reliability, security, and compliance shape engineering decisions
