**Title:** Staff Action Coordinator Officer **Program Summary** KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical Department of War programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide. **Job Summary** KBR is seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills to perform as Staff Action Coordinator Officer (SACO), with additional duties as an action officer in the Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG). The SACO serves as the primary manager for the organization's internal and external workflow and tasking requirements. They act as the central hub for the coordination, routing, and synchronization of staff actions, ensuring that all mission-critical directives from the Chairman are properly assigned and executed within established timelines. Beyond administrative tracking, the SACO provides vital quality control by reviewing staff packages for policy compliance, accuracy, and adherence to senior leader standards before they reach the Commander’s desk. Ultimately, the SACO maintains the organization’s operational tempo by managing the accountability systems that drive senior-level decision-making. As an action officer in the SIG, you will provide support for high-priority projects and long-range planning that fall outside of traditional staff directorate boundaries.
