This full-time position also comes with a competitive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a match. ## Key Responsibilities Utilize SAP on a daily basis to process accounting transactions, perform data entry, maintain records, and support reporting activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking inventory movements, reconciling inventory balances, and ensuring proper documentation within the system Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, payment processing, and collections follow-ups Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, account coding, and general ledger maintenance Support core accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, inventory, and fixed assets, by ensuring accurate data entry and proper recordkeeping Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by preparing supporting schedules, entering adjustments, and fo
