What You'll Do.
Prepare routine journal entries
Prepare adjusting journal entries
Assist with month-end close
Assist with quarterly close
Assist with year-end close
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Investigate variances
Prepare customer invoices
Issue customer invoices
Process inventory transfers
Review inventory transfers
Track issued invoices
Maintain billing documentation
Support billing reporting
Follow up on billing inputs
Apply customer payments
Identify unapplied cash
Escalate discrepancies
Assist with collection follow-up
Investigate payment discrepancies
Coordinate resolution
Assist managing unapplied credits
Assist managing unapplied balances
Maintain customer records
Maintain customer master data
Maintain tax exemption certificates
