Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, 2+ years of accounting experience, Comprehensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Able to perform control procedures in compliance with SOX control framework

Perform control procedures
Assist in close processes
