What You'll Do.
Support daily accounting transactions
Support daily financial transactions
Assist with weekly billing
Assist with monthly billing
Participate in collections efforts
Prepare commissary invoices
Issue commissary invoices
Reconcile invoicing with Events team
Reconcile payments with Events team
Support collection processes
Reconcile checkbooks to general ledger
Review unit-level financial statements
Resolve discrepancies with regional teams
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Post bank reconciliations
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Collaborate on budgeting
Collaborate on forecasting
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis
Provide ad-hoc financial reporting
Assist with accounts payable
Provide general support to finance
Provide general support to operations
Contribute to improving accounting processes
