We specialize in hosting the most memorable celebrations through thousands of unforgettable birthdays, team, and school parties every year and have been recognized as a top franchise organization in Franchise Times’ Top 400 and Fast & Serious lists, as well as the Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500. **____________________** **JOB SUMMARY:** The Staff Accountant reports to the Assistant Controller and will protect and grow the amazing company culture by supporting the Accounting team with daily, monthly, and annual financial requirements and compliance. Responsibilities include billing and collections, account reconciliations, recording journal entries, responding to audit requests and other special projects as required. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on robust workload. * Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate manual processes * Demonstrated attention to detail * Proactively sets priorities and meets deadlines consistently. * Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to address franchise partner and internal customer questions * Place a high value on accountability and efficiency * Intermediate skills in Excel and Word * Strong organizational skills * Medium to large company ERP experience is required, NetSuite skills are a plus * 1-2 years of Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create invoices and collect receivables from franchise
