**Job Title-** Stability Management Specialist **Location-** Goa **About the Job-** * Stability management aligned with global quality standards and regulatory expectations. * Preparation and review annual stability study planners and monthly schedules to ensure timely execution of stability activities. * Management of stability samples, including in-warding, study initiation, sample pullouts, and destruction. * Daily operations such as sample pullouts, completion of analysis, and review of analytical data. * Preparation, review, and approval of stability study protocols and reports, confirming product compliance throughout shelf life. * Establish and monitor stability trending using tools like Biostat Stabilite. * Issuance and review of all deliverables related to assigned stability studies, such as risk assessment, protocols, reports, data trending, deviations, and summary reports **About you-** **Experience:** 1-3 Years of Experience in Pharma Industry. **Technical skills:** GLP, Laboratory experience, basic analytical handling, GMP, equipment calibration. **Education:** Master's degree in microbiology, BPharm, MPharm. # Pursue _progress_ , discover _extraordinary_ Better is out there.
