2-3 years of experience in fintech environments, with a solid technical background., Technical knowledge of APIs, integration architectures, and financial products., Experience in technical project management and solution implementation., Understanding of our product complexity, translating it to client stakeholders and facilitating the best possible experience at each stage., Experience creating processes from scratch and structuring scalable support models., Experience structuring executive presentations (decks) focused on clients., Advanced English knowledge

What You'll Do.

Ensure a world-class experience for our clients in their different service verticals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Comprehensive support for client onboarding and operations.

Act as a bridge between internal technical teams (engineering

product) and the client

ensuring fluid communication and efficient problem resolution.

Identification of improvement opportunities

and definition of new processes to build a world-class service.

Creation of service flows and scalable technical support structures.
