Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated freelance professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the company. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and objectives. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and records. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Qualifications: +3 years of experience in the recruitment industry within the tech industry (required). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
