Position – how you’ll contribute As a Python Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend services for a high-load platform focused on sports betting and financial transactions. You will work on scalable APIs, asynchronous task processing, payment integrations, and real-time system functionality while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and smooth user experience. ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need * 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python. * Experience working with web applications and RESTful APIs. * Commercial experience with Python (2.7) and Django (1.6). * Hands-on experience with MySQL (v.8), Redis, and backend performance optimization. * Experience working with Celery for asynchronous tasks and scheduled job processing. * Solid understanding of REST API design and development using Django REST Framework. * Practical knowledge of Backbone.js, including models, views, collections, and routing. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in English-speaking environments (minimum B2+ level).
