As a Validation Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for system-level validation activities for enterprise SSD solutions on multiple server platforms. Your role involves ensuring quality, performance, and reliability by developing validation strategies, leading detailed cross-layer debugging, and helping resolve issues among firmware, platform, and customer environments. In this role, you are encouraged to work independently, manage validation scope from start to finish, and help improve validation methods, tools, and debug processes. You will work closely with global, cross-functional teams and serve as a technical leader within the validation group, guiding engineers with less experience and leading impactful projects. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage system-level validation of enterprise SSDs across server platforms, including functional, stress, endurance, power cycle, and compliance testing * Define and lead validation strategies, coverage, and risk assessment for assigned features, platforms, or customer programs * Lead detailed debugging and root-cause analysis involving SSD firmware behavior, PCIe/NVMe protocol, host platform, BIOS, drivers, and OS * Direct comprehensive issue resolution through collaboration among firmware, platform engineering, product development, and customer teams * Support and lead customer Joint Qualification (JQ) activities, including reproduction, triage, data analysis, and cross-site coordination * Examine logs, traces, and d
