We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join Source Meridian About Source Meridian Source Meridian is a development software company that works to solve the industry’s most challenging problems in healthcare practices. We are laser focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining highly available production environments, improving system reliability, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure and deployment processes. You will work closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and efficient incident response across our platforms. What You’ll Do Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and reliability Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analysis Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality Support cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities (additional incentive bonus available for on-call participation) Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks Required Qualifications & Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills Experience with cloud platforms such as: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Micr
