What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM, Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday, Understanding of HR data, HR processes, and HR system best practices, Experience troubleshooting issues, participating in testing, and improving processes, analytical skills and the ability to turn data into useful business insight, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, communication and partnership skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way, Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
