Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. We are seeking a Sr. Website Program Manager to lead Amazon Leo's marketing website operations world-wide and serve as the critical bridge between partner teams. This role requires a strong program manager who can orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, drive alignment across diverse teams, and confidently advocate for data-driven decisions with leadership. You will own end-to-end program management for website initiatives while serving as the SME for optimizing marketing content and navigation that drives performance and conversion. Key job responsibilities Cross-Functional Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management ● Serve as the primary liaison and program orchestrator between UX, Engineering, Product, Media, Marketing, Creative, and external creative agencies. ● Lead cross-functional planning sessions and drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple stakeholder groups ● Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical partners; demonstrate executive presence in meetings with ability to influence and drive decisions ● Proactively identify and resolve conflicts between competing priorities; escalate issues with clear, data-backed recommendations Review Cycle & Governance Management ● Design and manage structured review cycles that accommodate multiple stakeholders and leadership voices while maintaining project momentum ● Facilitate efficient decision-making processes across diverse teams with competing perspectives ● Create and maintain clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across all review stag
