What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Automotive Technology, or related field, 8+ years of experience in warranty operations, claims, or service within an OEM or similar environment, Knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and claims handling frameworks, Proven experience managing warranty process execution, Experience contributing to the development, improvement, or standardization of warranty policies and processes, Solid understanding of service operations, repair workflows, and vehicle systems/components, Experience working with warranty systems or ERP platforms, Ability to translate operational and process requirements into system inputs, Analytical skills, High attention to detail, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, and cross-functional environments, Structured, process-oriented mindset, Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty in early-stage startup environments

Nice to Have

Proficiency in German is a plus
