4+ years of UX design experience with a focus on ecommerce or direct-to-consumer digital products, Expert Figma proficiency components, auto-layout, design systems, and developer handoff, Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and final design, command of responsive design, interaction design, and usability best practices, AI knowledge in how to leverage and integrate Claude, Figma and other AI tools to increase efficiency and design automation, Demonstrated ability to use user research, analytics, and A testing data to validate design decisions, Clear, confident communication skills able to present and defend design decisions to product, marketing, and development partners
