The Amazon Devices Customer Insights & UX design team seeks a thoughtful, creative, and passionate Sr. UX Designer to be a part of our team as we define how Amazon Devices customers discover, learn about, purchase, and get the most value out of their devices. We are a global organization building platforms and programs to support the sale of and engagement with Amazon Devices including Amazon Echo & Alexa products, Kindle E-readers, Fire TV and streaming media products, Fire Tablets, Home Security and Smart Home products, and more. Join our team to help us define, design, and build next-generation shopping experiences for our customers. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, and technologists that can envision, create, and execute ideas from start to end. As Sr. UX Designer, you will own online shopping and brand-building inspirational and educational experiences for Amazon Devices, defining and designing interfaces across platforms (desktop, mobile) and channels (amazon.com, internal tooling) that scale. You will tackle our most difficult customer problems as they discover, evaluate, and purchase Amazon Devices and work with a high degree of ambiguity, designing best-in-class consumer experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will influence strategy and work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, creative direction, brand strategy, research, and company leaders to successfully go from early-stage concepts to launch, and support new Amazon Device launches as new technology is released to the public. You will leverage and contribute to an AI-ready design system and use immerging AI-driven design to production workflows. You will act as a “bar raiser” for the work deployed from the User Experience team to external and internal customers and create mechanisms, frameworks, and design systems to maintain a high bar across the User Experience t
