We are looking for designers who are excited to work in a fast-evolving AI product space where capabilities, customer expectations, and experience patterns are still being defined. We are seeking a Senior Experience Designer, Construction AI, to help design AI-powered Assistant experiences across web and mobile within Autodesk Construction. This is an individual contributor role focused on translating AI capabilities, complex product architecture, and customer needs into clear, usable, and trustworthy product experiences.Reporting to the Director of Experience Design, you will partner closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and AI teams across the broader Autodesk organization. You will work on end-to-end product experiences, with a strong focus on the Construction Assistant, while contributing to broader AI experience direction, patterns, and consistency across teams.This role requires a designer who can work through ambiguity, understand how system behavior and product architecture affect the user experience, and bring clarity to complex interaction problems.
