What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data center or critical facility electrical systems operations, Advanced technical knowledge of electrical power systems including medium voltage distribution, transformers, and protective relaying systems, Demonstrated expertise with large-scale UPS systems (500kW+), emergency generators, and electrical switchgear operations, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for diagnosing and resolving complex electrical infrastructure issues, Physical ability to perform demanding work including walking, climbing, lifting 50+ pounds, and working on ladders up to 30 feet, Availability for emergency response calls, Ability to work in high-pressure situations, NFPA 70E certification required within 90 days of employment
Nice to Have
Universal EPA 608 certification, Current electrical license or equivalent technical certification, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education and training, Hands-on experience with advanced power monitoring systems and energy management platforms, Proficiency with Corrigo CMMS or similar computerized maintenance management systems, Previous experience in technical leadership roles with responsibility for mentoring junior engineering staff

Provide technical oversight and management of electrical contractor
Conduct electrical safety training sessions for junior staff

In this role, you'll take ownership of complex high-voltage electrical infrastructure, lead sophisticated troubleshooting initiatives, and provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
