What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data center or critical facility electrical systems operations, Advanced technical knowledge of electrical power systems including medium voltage distribution, transformers, and protective relaying systems, Demonstrated expertise with large-scale UPS systems (500kW+), emergency generators, and electrical switchgear operations, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for diagnosing and resolving complex electrical infrastructure issues, Physical ability to perform demanding work including walking, climbing, lifting 50+ pounds, and working on ladders up to 30 feet, Availability for emergency response calls, Ability to work in high-pressure situations, NFPA 70E certification required within 90 days of employment

Nice to Have
