Eligibility Requirements

Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance or higher, designated as essential personnel supporting continuity of operations and may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance or higher, 10+ years of experience leading or assisting in review, design, and implementation of network engineering solutions, with deep hands-on expertise supporting enterprise Unified Communications environments, Demonstrated subject matter expertise designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex voice, video, and collaboration platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams, Hands-on experience supporting session border controllers, voice gateways, call routing, and ensuring Quality of Service for real-time traffic, Hands-on experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, Cisco telephony endpoints, and Cisco Expressway, Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational voice and video issues with minimal ramp-up

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, Expert-level certifications such as CCIE Collaboration, CCIE Enterprise, or CCIE Security
