What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking, speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready designs while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality.
