What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory, 5+ years of experience in a national sales training department with experience in curriculum development and delivery is required, Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science, 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment
Nice to Have
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred, Product launch experience or major new indication launch experience preferred, 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and advancement within healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in sales, sales training

Develop training needs for pharmaceutical clients
Deliver training needs for pharmaceutical clients
Execute training needs for pharmaceutical clients
Manage training needs for pharmaceutical clients
Support evaluation of training initiatives
Support creation of training initiatives
Support implementation of training initiatives
Facilitate engaging training sessions
Provide train-the trainer services
Provide new hire training
Provide sustainment curriculum trainings
Support sales management teams
On-board field-based trainers
Develop field-based trainers
Coach field-based trainers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for implementation of dynamic learning materials; Support Directors of Training and Project Managers; Collaborate on support services
Communication Scope
Excellent written communication skills; Excellent verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Communication Matters
Process & Methodology
Detailed project management practices, Management of Training Project Plan, Task management, Escalation of issues, Risk identification, Interdependencies management
