What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is mandatory, 5+ years of experience in a national sales training department with experience in curriculum development and delivery is required, Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Science, 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment, Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs, Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools, Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles, Working knowledge of sound instructional design, Fantastic organizational and time management skills, Strategic and creative mindset, Meticulous attention to detail, Expertise in training and facilitation
Nice to Have
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales environment with exposure to training is preferred, Experience in supporting all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Product launch experience or major new indication launch experience preferred, 5+ years of progressively responsible experience and advancement within healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotech industry in sales, sales training

The Sr. Training Manager is responsible for effectively developing, delivering, executing, and managing training needs for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a deep understanding of disease states, market landscape, and product-specific materials, which must be communicated clearly to learners.
