What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience, Experience with adhesive bonding operations, Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written), Ability to set up and operate a range of hand and pneumatic tools, Working experience with Manufacturing Execution System software
Nice to Have
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, Experience partnering with other business functions, Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing operations at remote or downstream work sites
