Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent, 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, 3+ years experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in delivery of products involving hardware and software, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Nice to Have
Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules, Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering to reach optimum system level trades and drive technical solutions on RF product and system development, Proven track record managing complex programs at scale, Ability to regularly engage with senior stake holders and influence across the organization, Experience in development and test of high-speed digital interfaces, RF fundamentals, and operation of high-speed, high-frequency test equipment, Experience with manufacturing test strategies, test methods and automation

Drive engineering trades
Develop technical solutions
Develop structured risk management approaches
Maintain accountability across design and production teams
Ensure program commitments are met
Develop integrated schedules
Manage risks and tradeoffs
Apply understanding of concept of operations
Apply understanding of system budgets
Apply understanding of lifecycle considerations
Translate engineering concepts into executable plans
Formulate plans for new product introductions
Drive cross-team alignment on ownership
Drive cross-team alignment on sequencing
Drive cross-team alignment on delivery
Adapt quickly as conditions change
