Amazon Catalog Services builds the systems that host and run the world’s largest e-Commerce catalog. Within this organization, Product Knowledge (PK) is responsible for mining, modeling, storing and vending the product catalog metadata. This metadata (schema) governs all the possible product information and powers Amazon end-to-end processes, starting on how we organize products, how we define all possible product attributes, how we guide selling partners when listing them, all the way to power customer shopping experiences (e.g., product overview in detail pages, browse taxonomy, search and navigation filters). If you've ever shopped on Amazon, you interacted with our product. We are investing in initiative to resolve Catalog problems at scale using Agents, Skills and Generative AI. This includes performing agentic operations replicating expert decisions comparable to humans with high precision. These investments encompass platform infrastructure, agent creation, adoption of clients and measurements of impact. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) for this charter in New York to lead platform investments and grow our client base. As a Sr. TPM in this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of managers, engineers and scientists to deliver solutions into production, establish partnerships with other organizations such as Retail, Category businesses, Operations, Search, to prioritize and translate the business requirements into technical specifications. You will have end to end ownership - from defining the strategy, working with engineering to build the solution, and monitoring progress across the entire Amazon eCommerce pipeline.
