Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 7+ years metal component tooling design, 7+ years metal component fabrication experience, Experience with tight tolerance tooling, Experience resolving out of spec issues, Experience in design and fabrication of Forging, Experience in design and fabrication of CNC, Experience in design and fabrication of Casting, Experience in related processes, Proficient with Design for Manufacturing, Proficient with SPC, Experience in Metal Forming, Knowledge of Forming, Knowledge of Casting, Knowledge of Forging, Knowledge of CNC Production Process, Tooling design qualification using simulation software, Knowledge of geometric dimensioning, Knowledge and experience using Pro/ENGINEER, Knowledge and experience using UG Nx solid modeling
Nice to Have
Master's degree in electrical engineering, Master's degree in computer engineering, Achievements and implementation of innovative tooling concepts, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Experience in development of handheld consumer electronics products, Experience in development of mobile electronics products, Experience managing multiple development programs, Experience managing overseas vendors
