Reporting to the **Test** **Engineering** **Manager** the **Sr. Test Engineer** role involves… **What a typical day looks like:** * 测试机台搭建和验证，制定测试维护文档。Set up and validate the test machine, prepare test maintenance documents. * 制定测试指导文件，培训测试人员。Develop test guidance documents and train testers. * 分析测试结果，提升测试良品率。Analyze test results to improve test yield. * 制定测试备件策略，并维护。Develop test spare parts strategy and maintain it. * 控制待维修板子数量，降低报废率。Control the number of failed boards, reduce the scrap rate. * 根据客户提供的信息，对新产品测试进行评估并报价。Quote for new products according to information provided by customers. * 对其它部门和客户提供技术支持。Provide technical support to other departments and customers **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * 专科或以上学历 College or above * 3 年及以上制造业测试工作经验。Minimum 3 years manufacturing testing experience * 有机器维护，验证经验。Experience in machine maintenance and verification * 有故障板维修经验。 Experience in fault board debug * 熟悉印刷电路板组件（PCBA）生产制造和测试流。Be familiar with PCBA production and testing process. * 了解功能性测试(FCT)方面的知识。function test knowledge * 有基本的英语听说能力。Basic English listening and speaking ability * 有电路分析能力。 Ability to analyze circuits。 * 良好的沟通能力。 Strong Communication capabilities. * 有医疗器械产品测试经验优先考虑。Have medical device products test experience is preferred。 **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Social Insurance * Life Insurance * P
