5+ years of experience in surety underwriting, Experience managing large, complex accounts, Experience with agency relationships, Valid driver's license

Manage surety book of business
Underwrite new and renewal surety business
Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals
Develop and execute business plans
Lead agencies through sales strategies
Implement sales processes and practices
and customer retention
Collaborate with all lines of business
Underwrite accounts based on authority level
Monitor market conditions
Research risk and environment
Analyze complex accounts
Analyze quality and quantity of risks
Analyze regional underwriting performance
Propose action plans for territory issues
and service objectives
or modify new surety business
Price business according to guidelines
Manage workflow of underwriting complex work
Ensure file handling quality and workflow efficiency
