What You'll Do.
Oversee dock operations at the terminal
Process of loading & unloading freight
Manage forklift traffic
Oversee proper picking/sortation of palletized freight
and retain terminal staff
Provide leadership and accountability to drivers and dock workers
Monitor dock production
Maintain a safe work environment
Ensure company operational model compliance
Support a culture of excellence in quality
Work varying shifts as business levels increase
